MEET LILLIAN CLARK

Hi! My name is Lillian Clark and I am a senior at the University of Alabama studying Psychology. I plan on graduating in spring 2024 and I am currently looking for full-time roles. I am passionate about understanding the customer with any project I tackle. With every solution I propose, I work with a customer-backwards approach, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy. 

Outside of professional work, I thoroughly enjoy traveling! I spent fall 2023 abroad; studying in both Madrid, Spain and Paris, France.

Experiences

As part of my undergraduate experience, I have taken classes preparing STEM

students for an MBA, giving me a holistic view of business and technology. I take part in multiple

research labs, most notably the “Dynamics of Relationship, Emotion, and Asset in Multiple

Systems” lab in which my role has focused on data collection and identifying patterns in lab

participants.

Prior to this year, I spent summer 2021 learning about project management with a financial

trading company, A1 Trading. Here, I was given the task of creating educational manuals for

customers learning how to trade foreign currencies, as well as, managing the marketing of

several products. In summer 2022, my time was spent deep diving into Amazon operations. I got

to know the intricacies of machines within their warehouses and innovate ways to improve the

packaging systems. I rejoined Amazon summer 2023 and focused on HR product management

where I collaborated with both tech and HR teams to catalyze the enhancement of our toolset,

and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
